Sata kita ditelp terus itu karna saya bagian dari member accor plus tapi ternyata di telp terus karna dikira saya belum bayar, padahal saya udah melakukan pembayaran via trf dari H-1 tapi gak direspon, bahkan terlewat. Pas check in baru ditagih pembayaran dan baru dicek bahkan saya haru resend dulu bukti trf nya. Saran aja mungkin lain kali lebih aware ataupun dicek kalau ada WA yang masuk.
